On 28 June 2012, Professor Herbert Kronke  was appointed as a Member of the Iran-United States Claims Tribunal, effective 1 September 2012.

Mr. O. Thomas Johnson Jr., a long-time partner and senior counsel in Covington & Burling’s global arbitration practice, was appointed to replace Mr. George H. Aldrich as arbitrator to the Iran-United States Claims Tribunal, effective April 1, 2012.

 
The President and Members of the Iran-United States Claims Tribunal have decided unanimously to appoint Mr. Christiaan Mark Johan Krӧner to be Secretary- General of the Tribunal with effect from 1 January 2012.
